Vinyl, spraypaint, ink
April 2009, for the Multiple Persnalities 2 Show in Detroit
He collects all of the faces that we think we see in things for a fleeting moment - patterns in tree bark, electrical outlets, swirling in mugs of coffee. We’d see a lot more if The Golden Faces weren’t so astute at finding and removing, and thus de-anthropomorphosing, our day-to-day lives.
The Jell-o mold had a paint disaster and didn't make the trip to the show.
