"pianos float away II"
March 04. 3" x 5"ish. paynes grey watercolour and white acrylic on found cardboard.

That rascally piano goes renegade again. A recent bizarre preoccupation with desolate wooden towers and their inhabitants. Imagine dry crickets chirping all day. That's the soundtrack with these. Maybe a distant train.

I don't know if I want to live there, but I feel like it sometimes. This guy can paint whenever he wants and doesn't need to pay rent. And can listen to crickets. The piano is almost incidental. Maybe it's playing, too.
